•°•What You Need•°•
Before I give you the tips, I should probably explain to you the criteria you need to meet in-order to achieve the affiliated status. What you need is:
3 average viewers
Stream 500 mins (8 hours) in the last 30 days (not for 30 days, but within that timeframe)
Stream 7 unique broadcasting days
Now that you know the requirements, lets figure out how to achieve all of them.

•°•How To Get 500 Mins & 7 Unique Days•°•
Stream as much as possible. This one's pretty simple and straight forward. The more you stream, the more minutes you'll have and then before you know it, that little box will be check marked beside that achievement.
Now, I was a little confused on what they meant by 7 unique broadcasting days too. All it means is that you need to stream at least once on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before your 30 days are up.
As long as you stream as often as you can within 30 days (your 30 days can start whenever btw) then you should be able to complete these 2 fairly easily. The other 2 criteria do NOT need to be within the 30 days.

•°•How To Incentivize 50 Followers•°•
Have a follower goal. You can create one within Streamlabs if you click on the little "+" button beside "sources", scroll down until you see widgets, and then you can add the follower goal widget.
A tip I have for you is to never make your goals too big. When people see goals that are small, they see them as easily achievable and are more likely to follow to get closer to achieving it. I would aim for a goal of 5-10 followers.
Networking. This is a huge component of how people get their affiliate status. I personally didn't know about this at the time, but it is what helped me become a Twitch partner; so I know it works. When you're not streaming, go into other peoples streams that are your size, and a little larger than you and start chatting. Don't make it obvious that you're networking. Just be nice and funny and some people will click on your name and view your account and may even give you a follow.
However, NEVER go into a stream and start talking about your stream unless somebody asks. I can't tell you how annoying and greedy it seems when a new chatter and streamer comes in and literally only talks about their stream. The streamer will notice right away what you're doing and probably hit you with a "no self promotion" talk.

•°•How To Get 3 Average Viewers•°•
Post on social media. *This one can be used for getting 50 followers too* No matter how scary it may be, you're gonna have to do it. It took me so long to finally start posting on my Instagram story when I was live on Twitch. Again, I used this one to get partnered and not affiliated, but every time I posted, I noticed those were the times that my viewers would go up.
You can make it creative too. For example, one of my mods makes gifs of me during stream because I do alotta sus things (lol), so they make for funny gifs. Then, a couple hours before I start streaming, I post the gif to my IG story with a countdown and a link to my twitch profile. Creative ideas like that can go a long way.
Pick a niche and stick with it. This is super important for your first couple of viewers. You don't wanna stream Valorant on Monday, Minecraft on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday do just chatting and then you switch everything up the next week. You need to keep thing consistant so your audience knows when to come back.
I would honestly pick 1 or 2 niches (anime and cooking | just chatting and gaming | hot tub streams and IRL) at first just so your audience is consistent. When you grow, you can branch out more.
Have intriguing titles. I swear this is what saved me. I always made sure my titles were either eye-catching, or it asked a question.
For example, I once made my title "which one's superior: apple juice or orange juice?". I had a flood of people coming in giving their answers and their opinions. Once you have them in, keep the conversation going and if they like your personality and vibe, then they'll stay.

•°•Conclusion•°•
Voila, that's it. That's all you needa do to get affiliated!
Nah I'm just playing, it really does take a lot of work and I know how frustrating it can be. Before the thought crosses your mind, yes I am female, so this may have given me a slight advantage (is what most people told me) but if you haven't noticed, there are more successful guy streamers than there are girls.
A good way of thinking about this so you're not seeping into a sinkhole of jealousy, is that it's easier for females to gain popularity on Twitch faster, but it's easier for guys to make it to the big numbers and to stay there. That's why you'll see a lot of female streamers that are middle sized and you'll see a lot of males that are either at the bottom, or at the very top.
It's all a huge grind, but it's all worth it if you focus on the little accomplishments 💜.
